We understand that moving can be a whirlwind of excitement and stress, which is why we're here to ensure your transition into your new living space is as smooth as possible. Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Your contract begins on 08/15/2026, and the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/15/2026.
Please arrive at the 1st Floor Lobby ​no earlier than 10:00 AM. When you arrive, please park in the P1 and P2 Parking Deck, if you have secured parking for your contract. If you have not secured parking, please find nearby street parking and meet the team at the lobby entrance. Move in times for your assigned floors are listed below.

Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

Follow These Map Directions

1. Residents will approach 801 Frank Thomas Ave and park in “Check-In Parking” to obtain Move-In Packets. This area will be visible and on the corner of the property.
2. Residents will then proceed to their designated parking area (P1-Parking and P2-Parking) to unload. If you did not secure parking with your contrat, you will need to park at nearby street parking areas.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/01/2026. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options:

  1. Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee
  2. Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance at portal.confirminsurance.com.

Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Residents are not required to establish utility accounts in their name. Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. The community will handle payment collection. Simply pay your bill together with your monthly installment. Make sure you have created your ResidentPortal to view your monthly utility charge and make a payment. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to ResidentPortal where you can pay your bill.
